Can we organise a petition to parliament to ensure that all information available to the TGA is available to the Australian public?

You're on the right track Sandy - you have more faith in an open and transparent democracy than I do though.

I'm not sure we need all the information, they'll probably "need" 100 years to redact and release it. What Australia desperately needs, is some brave whistleblowers.

I have a couple of ideas worth petitioning the Government for:

1) Batch Numbers - Anyone familiar with the website "How bad is my batch?" (howbad.info), will know that there are asymetries in number of adverse events reported in the United States for different batches of the same drug. I would love to test that hypothesis with Australian data, but surprise, surprise - the TGA doesn't publish batch info to the DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications).

2) Investigations following a death - The TGA claims an expert panel investigate each and every adverse event resulting in death. As of March 3rd, 20222 - the TGA's "covid-19 vaccine weekly safety report" says that they have reviewed 772 reports of death following a covid injection, but only 11 of those deaths were "likely" to be related to the injection. In the interest of transperancy, all of these investigations should be made available to the public for scrutiny.

If there's nothing to hide, then I can't imagine why the TGA wouldn't be forthcoming with this information :-)

I agree. I’ve signed plenty of petitions of late and it has not moved the needle. Probably a honey trap.

Even if we had whistleblowers, we still need a media with integrity and balls. Apologies for my cynicism

You're dead right though... if there was integrity in the media and our institutions, we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place

Out of interest are you able to distinguish between health professional submitted reports and patient submitted reports ?

Nothing in the data conclusively says who submitted the data unfortunately. When you look at some of the symptoms/events being reported, such as "Troponin levels increased" or "Electrocardiogram" - it suggests a hospital a visit at least, quite possibly a doctor or nurse has submitted these, but no way to tell for sure.
